Finesse catering is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This privacy policy explains how we use any information we collect about you and how you can let us know if there is anything you are unhappy with.
What information do we collect and how do we use it?
We may gather information such as your name, email address, postcode and contact number in order to process confirmation of your order for event or Wedding catering. The information is then used by us to communicate with you relating to your order with us. We keep your information confidential and only retain information for as long as is necessary.
Photography
We take photos of the wedding she provide catering for and will use these photographs to promote our services online. If you do not wish images we may take on your wedding day please let us know by contacting us at the contact details below. If you have given us your instagram profile details we will presume that you are happy for us to share photographs of your wedding day online and on our website.
Email campaigns
If you sign up to a newsletter online or after requesting to be added to our email list a you will be kept on our system until you decide to unsubscribe. There is an unsubscribe button at the foot of every email campaign we send out.
Updating your details
Please let us know if any of your information changes or if you would like us to delete your data from our system by sending an e-mail to info@finessecatering.com
